Justin Leverton is a trial lawyer with the law firm of Ramey & Hailey where he represents clients in a wide range of complex plaintiff's litigation. Mr. Leverton has an extensive background (both transactionally and as a litigator) in corporate/business law, commercial lending, oil & gas rights, and environmental law and uses this background to assist his current practice. Mr. Leverton has represented numerous plaintiffs in both state and federal courts regarding a wide variety of litigation including medical malpractice, class actions, toxic torts, abusive retirement plans and investment losses, Qui Tam and whistleblowers suits, trucking accidents, and insurance bad faith claims. He also has significant state and federal appellate court experience. Mr. Leverton enjoys representing clients with novel legal claims and is currently assisting the 9/11 victims in federal suits against terrorist-sponsoring countries. Mr. Leverton's legal trailblazing is focused on obtaining justice and not on a client's financial position. He has represented individuals ranging from the destitute to the world's wealthiest billionaires. Mr. Leverton actively endeavors to protect the recovery rights of those injured and harmed by others as guaranteed by our Founding Fathers. Mr. Leverton strongly believes in community outreach and is involved in several non-profit organizations. He is the President of the SERTOMA Club of Indianapolis, an organization that raises money to support hearing and speech organization throughout the United States. Mr. Leverton is also a volunteer for Woodruff Place Foundation, his neighborhood organization that seeks to preserve and protect the Victorian homes of one of our nation's first suburb, Woodruff Place.
